You can now register your place at the 2017 conference workshops.

Following the success of last year’s workshops, delegates can now register for one of two workshops at this year’s event. Held on 14th September from 9.00 am to 12.00 am, the workshops will cover:
  • Pan European Routines for Master Key Systems (MKS)
  • European Quality Brand
In both workshops we will follow up on the outcome of the discussions during the 2016 ARGE Conference. As well as reviewing the actions to date, the workshops will focus on the development and roadmaps of these projects. The outcomes will be presented during the 2017 Conference.
1. Pan European Routines for Master Key Systems (MKS)
Workshop Convener: Urban Doverholt, MD ASSA Group
There is currently no European-wide ‘code’ on how to manage and administrate Master Key Systems – a mechanical locking system whereby a single key can access multiple doors within a facility. The purpose of this workshop is to progress with the creation of an industry-wide understanding and guideline for the handling of Master Key System Data related to security requirements. This includes the planning and calculation of Master Key Systems, as well as its encryption, transmission and storage between manufacturers, dealers and end users.
2. European Quality Brand
Workshop Convener: Denis Schnœbelen, CEO Mantion S.A.S.
The purpose of this workshop is to assess the advantages of a European Quality Brand against the challenges and obstacles in establishing and maintaining such a brand. The objective is to provide the ARGE General Assembly with a recommendation for establishing a Working Group.
To register your interest for either workshop please send an email, stating the workshop, your name, company and job title to the ARGE Secretary General, Joachim Kieker: (j.kieker@arge.org)
Please copy Urban Doverholt (Urban.Doverholt@assaabloy.com) , Denis Schnœbelen (d.schnoebelen@mantion.com) and Hans Weissenböck (hans.weissenboeck@dormakaba.com) in your email.
You can find further details on the workshops on our events page.
Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in one of the two workshops, and contribute to the development of ARGE’s future agenda.
